Both of our apartments have stunning views over the marina. Situated in an attractive pedestrian area, there are marina-side shops, restaurants and Club Nautic offering swimming pool, sauna, gym, squash, badminton, and the 'Panoramica' observation tower that you can see from almost everywhere in Empuriabrava.

The apartments are a short walk from the sandy beach and wide promenade. The sun terraces offer views over the marina, the start of the 19km of leisure waterways lined with villas, harbour entrance channel, the sea and the Pyrenees.

The Apartments are reached via a private entrance controlled by intercom and has a lift to all floors.

Hall with large double wardrobe, where the iron, ironing board and hairdryer are stored.
Leading off the hall is the fully tiled bathroom with w.c., wash basin, full-size bath and shower.

The lounge/dining area has a sofa bed, pine dining table with 4 chairs, pine chest of drawers, flat screen TV with satellite (all UK tv channels plus BBC radios 1 to 5), and a radio cassette player with CD.

To the side there is a double bed which can be screened off.

The fully equipped kitchen area has built-in units, a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, electric hob, and toaster.

The double patio doors lead to the sun terrace/balcony which has a patio table and chairs.


1 Bedroom Apartment:

Bright and airy, spacious 4th Floor apartment. Lounge has double glazed door opening onto balcony overlooking marina.

Pine dining table and chairs, drawer units, satellite flat screen TV (for UK programmes), radio/CD player, 2 comfortable sofas, 2 fold away guest beds. Bedroom has double bed with a fully tiled bathroom leading from it. Bath/shower, washbasin, w.c. and mirrored wall unit.

Kitchen area has an electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.

Smoking: We request that you don't smoke in the apartments - please only do so on the balcony.

Car Parking is free and easily available on a wide tree-lined avenue that is a cul de sac.

All linen and towels included. (Not beach towels).

LOCAL AREA

Situated in beautiful Catalonia, there are many opportunities for days out. Barcelona is only 2 hours away, the town of Figueres is 10km away and is an attractive market town which also has the Dali Museum. Castillo D'Empuries is 5km away and is ideal for a gentle walk through the ancient narrow street and alleys. Or you could visit picture-postcard Cadeques, the fishing village much favoured by artists.

Within Empuriabrava there are local shops, banks, restaurants and supermarkets, only 5 mins walk from the apartments. There is a fitness centre, swimming pool, sauna, gym and internet cafe within the apartment complex. Nearby is a skydiving centre, a natural park, riverside walks and also boat trips or boat hire to enable you to explore the 19km of leisure waterways. Fishing, cycling, golf, tennis, horse riding and more, are all close by. (There's a good tourist information centre just off the beach promenade).

TRAVEL

Empuriabrava is easily accessible from either Perpignan or Girona airports, both only an hour away. Ryanair fly into Girona from many UK and European airports. Girona Airport has a direct bus service to Empuriabrava. Barcelona Airport is a two hour motorway drive. Self drive hire cars from all major international rental companies are available at all airports.

We can arrange for a car with English driver to collect you (price on request). A car is not essential once you are in Empuriabrava as shops, restaurants, beaches and all facilities are easily walkable.

By road from the UK - it's motorway from Calais right through to Figueres, the nearest town. The journey takes about 12 hours and is about 800 miles from Calais.

By train - Local train timetables and costs are available at www.renfe.es. There's a station at Barcelona Airport that links to the main line, and you can easily get to Figueres, from where you can hire a taxi. Journey time Barcelona-Figueres is about 1 ¾ hours.
From the UK you can use the Eurostar service and French TGV which are very efficient.
